HCS SB 786 -- DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACTS

This bill allows contractors, whether individuals or
corporations, who do not hold a certificate pursuant to Chapter
327, RSMo, to enter into contracts to design and build projects.
Contractors cannot hold themselves out as being able to perform
services which would be performed by an architect, engineer, land
surveyor, or landscape architect; and the actual work must be
performed by persons or corporations holding a certificate to
provide those services.
